I am a little leery of the plastic construction so probably won't anything too heavy on it. Seems ok.
Had to clean threads with die at forward leading edge of the 1/4 20 stud. Once done fit was perfect. I ordered two, both needed end threads beveled. Item's purchased are used with my gopro camera which has magnetic quick disconnect. Made by NEEWER Magnetic Quick Release Tripod Mount Adapter Set Compatible with GoPro Hero.
Works perfect and seems to be made of quality materials
The plastic adjustment ring cracked easily. Still fully usable for lots of things. Just think twice before hanging something very heavy and/or expensive from this. It has allowed my phone mount to loosen repeatedly. Wont stay tight for long.
