So close!

The overall system is great, and the pole and bracket clamps are flawless. The issue is the offset nature of the ball-socket for orienting the tablets; they allow the weight of the tablet to prevent a solid setting, or tightening up f the tablet mount. The screw-down ring does not tighten enough to firmly secure the tablet and prevent it from “sagging.” This is due to the ball component being at a far end of the tablet clamp instead of being in the middle. If the ball were in the middle of the rear of the clamp the weight would be balanced.
